The SFL Annex is a raw space with high ceilings and a mezzanine loft, ideal for photo and film shoots or fashion shows. The Annex is the perfect canvas to be transformed into your next dream event.
The Annex can be combined with The Loft to create a spacious 4800+ sq ft area.

The Annex is equipped with a full sound system, 2 microphones, a projector and screen, and a customized project service (on request).

The Annex features a bathroom and coat closet, as well as prep and storage areas for catering or other needs.

The Loft comes ready with 2 large couches, a large coffee table and an antique buffet and bar table. The space is also equipped with side tables and 4 cocktail tables.
